The Linea throws light both up and down the wall from a single slim bar. That double beam is what produces the architectural effect you see on well-lit modern exteriors: two soft cones of light meeting on the wall surface, which reads as deliberate lighting design rather than a bulb bolted above a door.

It carries an IP65 rating, which means sealed against dust ingress and protected against water jets from any direction. In practice that covers driving rain, sprinkler overspray and a hose during a wash-down, so it can go on an exposed wall, a driveway pillar or a garden path without a covered position.

The body is machined from aluminum, a material choice that matters outdoors because aluminum does not rust the way steel fixtures do at the fixings. LEDs are integrated and included, drawing between 6W and 24W depending on length, and it runs on anything from 85 to 265V. Three lengths are offered, so choose by the wall rather than by habit: the 8.1 in suits a doorway or a narrow pillar, the 16.1 in is the general purpose size for most porches, and the 24 in is for a wide blank elevation that would swallow the smaller two. Installation is a self-contained wall mount with no separate driver box to hide.
