At Lunorei we want the shipping side of your order to be as considered as the products themselves. That starts with clear timelines and free delivery on everything we sell within the United States.

Shipping Locations

This policy covers orders shipped within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day, which can add a day to the estimate below.

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.

  • Transit Time: 7–12 business days, Monday to Friday.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–14 business days in total.

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, carrier backlogs, and regional conditions can shift them slightly, and those factors sit outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers to deliver across the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

  • Currency: USD

  • Free Shipping: every order shipped within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact our customer service team straight away at info@lunorei.com. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment at any time on our Order Tracking Page.
