The Isla is the lamp you move. A pleated brass shade on a slim stem and a weighted round base, running off a rechargeable battery, so it goes on a dinner table for an evening and back to a bedside afterwards without anyone looking for an outlet. The pleating does real work. Ridged metal catches light along every fold, so even switched off the shade has movement in it, and switched on the brass throws a warm cast down onto whatever the lamp is sitting on. Touch the top to cycle brightness, and again to move between the three light tones.
The shade flares wide over a narrow stem, so the light lands in a defined pool on the table rather than spilling across the room.
