The Cleo is a walnut sphere carrying a slim brass stem and a translucent amber dome. It is a mid century shape done at a small scale, about 8 inches across and 11 inches tall, which makes it an object you put on a surface rather than a lamp you light a room with. The proportions are what make it work: a heavy round base under a shade that looks like it is floating.
